How to make my own Runescape private server.?

Hey, me and a couple of friends want to make our own server but, we have enough money for a webhost. And all the tutorials we found, are for hosting on your pc… Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.. Oh btw this is our server host. http://www.ipage.com/ipage/index.html

   stop breaking the law. if you don’t have any coding experience it’s impossible.

   and if you do have any coding experience you’d be breaking the law. just don’t do it.
