Ok, so I have a website and Im still working on it, but when I go to look at the website, it sais “under construction” Im using wordpress and Im very lost. It also sais
“This page indicates the webmaster has not uploaded a website to the server.
For information on how to build or upload a site, please visit your web hosting company’s site.”
and Im using Ipage and I looked but couldn’t find anything on the subject.

The webmaster is you. You need to make a page and upload (or publish). You can do it one page at a time. You just do the work by yourself in the program, then upload for the world to see. If still not sure, look at “How to make a page” or maybe “build a page.”
