Where do I go to get a website?

Hi

So basically I want to create a website where people can buy candles from me and In the future design their own candle to buy! I also hope the website can support Php, HTML etc… Also I want the registration of the website to be quite cheap obviously! Where’s the best place for me to do this! I’ve use Ipage before which is quite good, but any good alternatives?
